Cinekid for Professionals is an important meeting place for anybody involved in the production and distibution of media for children. Readings; seminars; a chance to meet fellow professionals; viewings of the best and latest international productions – plus all the information about them; an opportunity to be kept up to date with the very latest developments and trends: at Cinekid Professionals it’s all possible.

An important part of Cinekid Professional has a distinctly international character. For this reason there is Cinekid International: Cinekid International is a four-day event for international professionals and includes: the Junior Film Market (co-production market for children’s film), Junior Television Market (co-production market for children’s television programmes), Cross Media Market (co-production market for children’s new media programmes), seminars (about content , quality and new trends concerning children’s media), formal and informal meetings, and the ScreeningClub.

All activities are organised by the Cinekid Foundation to support its goals:

· To encourage children and youngsters to participate in the media;
· To empower children to face the overwhelming quantity of media productions.
